TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

GENERAL

  • USA orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, 2-5 business days. If it looks like it will be any longer the purchaser will be contacted.

  • International orders may be subject to Import tax from the country of destination. 

  • Citybitz is not responsible for import tax incurred on international orders. 

  • Citybitz is not responsible for lost or damaged goods through the mail.  

 

PAYMENT

You have the option to pay with the secure payment systems, Paypal or    Square.  Sales tax will be applied to orders placed in New York or New Jersey.

 

RETURNS

  • Your satisfaction is important to me. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Please email joan@citybitz.com for instructions, include your name, address, email, phone number with a brief description of the reason for returning the item. I will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

  • Custom items are not refundable as they are hand made to your personal specifications.

  • All returns must be returned in new and re-sellable condition. 

  • I accept items for a full refund, within 14 days of purchase less shipping charges.

  • I accept items for exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase.  

  • You are responsible for any shipping charges relating to returns.

  • Please pack the merchandise in a padded envelope or bubble wrapped in a small box to ensure it doesn't get damaged on the way back. 

  • It would be wise to use a carrier that offers you a tracking number.

  • Citybitz can not refund shipping charges on returned items.

  • Citybitz reserves the right to accept or deny returns at their discretion.

  • Exchanges are subject to shipping charges. 

 

REPAIRS & ALTERATIONS

  • I will repair any items purchased through www.citybitz.com

  • Please email joan@citybitz.com for instructions. Please include your name, address, email, phone number, order id number and a brief description of the problem. I will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

  • All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

  • The customer is responsible for any shipping charges relating to repairs.

  • Please pack the merchandise in a padded envelope or bubble wrapped in a small box to ensure it doesn't get damaged.

  • It would be wise to use a carrier that offers you a tracking number.

  • I will not be responsible for lost goods through the mail.  

  • Citybitz reserves the right to accept or deny repairs returned at their discretion.

  • I will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to me with a third party.

  • Any information I collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate me in fulfillment operations. 

  • From time to time, I may send sale information, product updates, etc. via email. 

  • If you would prefer not to receive these promotional items, you may choose during checkout whether or not you want to receive email updates from Citybitz about my shop.
